Ok, I realized that... My problem is that gnome mixer, kmix, use headphone as master volume control.
I've read about the softvol plugin, how I can setup it to simulate the master control?
Can I rename a mixer control?

AD1986A has no real master control.  That is, front, rear and CLFE
have separate volume controls but no master control indeed.

The PCM control affects all channels (intentionally done so).
