PHOTOS: PHL - July 31, 2009 Very active hour and a half at PHL. Two Alert One's. First a Southwest = with a fuel emergency. It landed on 27R. Then not to long after, a = second Alert One. This more serious (if running out of fuel isn't = serious enough). The left engine was out on a Delta DC-9, I mean NW = DC-9. Both landed without incident. When I first arrived the sun was out, not for long. But as the AF 744 = was on final, it became darker, and fast. Camera setting is now down to = ISO of 800 and still needed some photoshop brightening. No more than 90 = secs later, the skies opened up. Visibility was 0. I was looking for = Toto, things got that bad. Anyhow, I expect a better photo of the AF 744 departure tomorrow @4pm.
