Rossiya IL-62 at SFO yesterday?

I was at SFO yesterday, on my way to Denver on UA and saw a mystery  
IL-62 parked on the north ramp. I took a few pix, of which only one  
is even passable, but even in it I could not read the registration  
(or even what country reg it is), nor the lettering on the livery,  
which looks like it might possibly be Rossiya (in Cyrillic, where  
it's 6 letters), which is the official Russian Federation VIP  
carrier. The tail livery looks like the Russian emblem as well.  Can  
anyone confirm that, or what this IL-62 was doing at SFO?
