With EK converting its A380F orders to passenger A380s, this order makes
sense.  Good for Boeing.

R.UL] is set to announce it will buy 10 of the latest version of the
Boeing=3D
 Co. (BA.N: Quote, Profile, Research) 747 jumbo in a deal worth $2.8

n at list prices, industry sources said on Sunday.
The airline is set to buy the cargo version of the plane, called the
747-8,=3D
 the sources said, adding an announcement was possible on Tuesday at the
Fa=3D
rnborough International Airshow near London.
Officials at Emirates and Boeing declined to comment on the matter.
The latest version of the 747 was launched last November with orders
from C=3D
argolux and Nippon Cargo Airlines.
An unidentified customer has also ordered one of the passenger version
of t=3D
