Hi According to a local newspaper the man was present to a tribunal and heard by a judge... The judge decided that the man should wait his trail on freedom but he must be present regularly to his local police station to prove he is at his home city waiting the trail. I think he will be fined, and I suspect it would be a "heavy" fine, but he would avoid a jail sentence!
