The video showed sparks flying from the right wheel, which Fox's local expert, a former Delta pilot, said that the wheel blew. The news reports that witnesses said that the plane had sparks upon take off (7:51 pm) and the plane circled Logan for two hours burning off fuel until it made its sparky landing back in Boston. The plane was reported to be a B-717. The flight was heading to Milwaukee, WI. The passenger count was 91. All are reported to be safe.
