David, in your scenario it would be the right thing to do in a perfect
world where the FAM's have mind reading capability, but in the scenario
that occurred, under the stated circumstances, the only action by the
FAM's was the one they took.  They don't have the luxury to take the time
and THINK about the situation.  They can only react to the current
situation and the facts as they know it.  It may be that their training
must be reviewed for the more PC way to handle it :-)
