Make that shot and "Killed", according to the latest reports.  Sky
marshals acted exactly as trained, because this individual struggled with
the sky marshals, then reached into a bag, leaving the sky marshals no
alternative but to shoot to kill.  From what I understand, they are
trained to shoot the individual "in the head", in order to make sure the
individual does not have the capability to use his mental faculties.
