Well thanks Matthew for sending on these words. Southwest definately did amazing stuff in getting their people out of New Orleans and I am sure they are taking care of all their staff who have likely lost quite a bit. It just goes to show that you can be a successful business and still care about your people, and Colleen Barrett has certainly been a huge part of that success. BTW, looks like Colleen has been watching the news a bit too much considering she called our listserv a blog =). AA
