The ATIS (Automatic Terminal Information System) assigns each revised broadcast the nextetter in the alphabet. Did they say (Identification) with Foxtrot. If they did they are advising the controller they have the airport information and which one (letter). This ensures they have up to date info. IIRC DEENA is afix on one of the ILS approaches into ORD.
