I booked a flight on Priceline - Saved 40% even! If I wanted to show up at the airport for my _outbound_ flight and try to standby on an earlier flight - on United - What's the conventional wisdom say about the success of that? Do I have a chance or is it a flat "No, per policy" answer. All of my previous Priceline itineraries were acceptable, so I've never tried this. Private e-mails welcomed too.
