Hi to all, further news about the Italian civil scene... AIR EUROPE ITALY has on time granted the rotation to Mombaza-Zanzibar in departure in the evening with its B767/300ER I-VIMQ. Its the 2nd rotation operated from the resuming flights. AIR ONE will operate the route Cuneo-Rome FCO with effect Jan 18, 2005 in place of the collapsed Granda Exel. Two flight a day in the week, and once in the weekends. One flight a day is via Albenga and another is non stop. ATR42 operated from Italy First is the operator. AUSTRIAN has temporary reduced with effect March 27th. 2005 the frequencies of the new daily flight announced from Bologna to Vienna 6 to 4 are the today weekly frequencies availanble in the CRS. Will operate as scheduled the other flights planned. Total of service now available for booking are 23 instead of 25. The new afternoon flight planned as six times a week from monday to sunday to friday is now on mo-we-fr-su. Postponed to April 4th. 2005 the start up of the route Turin-Vienna planned to commence on Feb 6th. 2005. MY AIR continues now the operations after the AOC get on Dec 23, 2004 with the A320s EI-LTE in direct operation management (leased from the sistership LTE/Volar) and they operate at the moment three wet leased jetliners. Until 31/12/2004 MyAir runs with 4 jetliners (3 in wetlease and another with its brand scheme EI-LTE). EI-LTEs in MyAir livery is in operation with that roaster: BGY-NAP-BGY-BBU-VCE-BBU-BGY. BGY is Bergamo NAP is Naples BBU is Bucuresti Baneasa VCE is Venice The other three wet leased, they wiork simply to use only one or two crews (depends from the airline contracted) 1st. NEOSAIR has applied to both the B737/800s in fleet the sticker "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year". TRAVEL SERVICE/VISIG on Dec.. 28th. 2004 has operated a charter flight rotation with B737/800s from Bologna to Fortaleza, Brasil with intermediate stops at Cagliari, Italy and Tenerife, Canary Islands-Spain.
