Hey all,
I was watching an older documentary (Michael Moore) a few days back and he
was saying that TWA used prisoners to handle their reservations, can anyone
confirm if this is true and what the conditions were? Was it part of a rehab
programme and were they paid? Were they trusted with payment details? I have
to ask, how did they handle disgruntled PAX?
