and in the past marketing manager in Volare Group. Il will be the new=20
operations manager and he is surrounded from the major number of the old=20
management of Volare Group. The followers of the past chairman Vincenzo=20
Sodd=F9. The president could be Carlo Bernini, a previous Department of=20
Transport minister in the past eighties.
Founded at Padua in July 2004 as limited company with only 10000=80 of=20
capital, after moved to Milan with new shareholders whi=F2le Filippo CArr=E0=
=20
and Maria Cacco. The next step is the upgrade to share company with 20=20
million of =80 spilled from italian and swiss investors that at the moment=
=20
has collected the half part of the capital.

phase with regular flights where the origin is at Milan Malpensa and Milan=
=20
Orio to Catania/Palermo/Bari and Naples. From Milan Orio and Malpensa are=20
also planned international flights to a pair of destinations In the=20
weekends are planned also charter operations.
In the first phase the fleet is base on 4 180 seater A320/200's with a=20
livery fully red. Before the middle of December 2004 are scheduled in=20
delivery three airplanes and the fourth at mid January.
Regarding alliance, Mr. Badiali still on the way to looking to replace=20
Volare when at the end of the deal will expire the agreements with Hapag=20
Lloyd, Air Polonia and Windjet.
The second phase in the second year of flight operations plans to double=20
the fleet and the opening of new bases in the North Italy probably at=20
Venice and Bologna with an option to improve the process if Volare Group=20
couldn't able to survive due to the today financial situation very poor and=
=20
with the necessity to have 30 million =80 in a very short time to grant for=
=20
the future the continuity.
