Yep, they did.. Because airlines are oligopolies.. www.oligopolywatch.com is even talking about how Conti jumped on this. I sent an email to customer voice at United and copy/pasted the message I sent here the other day. I also told them I can easily use a travel agent and make those people some money. Now, people at flyertalk.com are talking about ways to bypass this fee. We found one way of doing it, trying to get more creative as I write this..
