Al,
Actually flight following shows on the fboweb.com in the history section.
But, it's a good point you bring up.. On a different note, if I call an ATC
and request a flight following do you guys make a strip? I know you issue a
squawk code, but those seam to be a generic ones; such as 44XX for all the
VFR traffic in our sector  type of thing..

If the aircraft were flying VFR you normally wouldn't be able to track it.
VFR flights would not "require" a flight plan.  Flight following (if used)
would not normally be available to tracking sites.+
