Donaldson AFB was (is?) located at Greenville, SC (GSP). Was Donaldson turned into GSP?

Blain: BLV (MidAmerica St Louis Airport (Scott AFB, IL, near STL) has occassional charter flights along with cargo flights.  Every once in a while an airline decides to fly scheduled flights there.  Current, there isn't any scheduled servie to the airprot.
