It's not too hard to figure out, unless you are a union member and blindly
follow the union leaders. It seems like they (union members) aren't smart
enough to realize that working in a company is a team thing, not a us-versus-them
thing. They just blindly follow their union leadership.

A good example is the recent Safeway strike in Southern California.
They struck for about 6 months and in the end they got absolutely nothing.
