CUSTOMER - a herding creature of widely varying intellect, usually found =
in
pairs or small groups.  Often will become vicious and violent in simple =
and
easily rectified situations.  When frightened or confused these =
creatures
collect into a group called a "line".  This line has no set pattern and =
is
usually formed in inconvenient places.  Customers are of four known
sub-species: Paxus Iratus, Paxus Latus, Paxus Inebriatus, and Paxus
Ignoramus.

SIGN - airport decoration.  Usually unnoticed except y small children. =20
Primary use is to hide the location of various airport areas, Ex: gate
numbers, restrooms, baggage claim...etc...etc...

POSITION CLOSED  - a sign posted at various ticket counter positions, =
which
when interpreted by the customer says, "FORM LINE HERE".=20

TICKET AGENT - a superhuman with the patience of a saint; the herding
ability of an Australian sheep dog; the ESP abilities of Uri Geller; the
compassion of Mother Theresa; and the tact of Henry Kissinger.  Has
mysterious abilities to control wind, rain, snow, fog, and all other =
weather
phenomenon.  Is capable of answering three questions at one time while
speaking on the phone and without stuttering or choking on his/her =
tongue.
In later life, they can be seen in bars or carrying on mysterious
conversations with themselves in parks or rest homes.
