Has mysterious abilities to control wind, rain, snow, fog, and all other = weather phenomenon. Is capable of answering three questions at one time while speaking on the phone and without stuttering or choking on his/her = tongue. In later life, they can be seen in bars or carrying on mysterious conversations with themselves in parks or rest homes.
