Air Canada - Restructuring officer resigns

Considering that Milton and Rovinescu have been joined at the hip for 4
years, this doesn't bode well for what's going on inside of AC. Either
he thinks his job is done and he's 'outta there', or it's a sign of an
incredible rift in the executive offices.
