With effect July 19th. 2004 to Sept. 17th. 2004 the daily rotations from=20
Munich to Bolzano are three a day.

AIR ONE has been certified on Iso 9001:2000 from TuV Rheinland Group.
The summer timetable 2004 sees six new routes covered from daily flights=20
Genoa-Catania, Rome-Albenga, Turin-Olbia, Turin-Cagliari from March 28th.=20
2004 and from June 1st.  Genoa-Palermo and Pisa-Cagliari.  Albenga=20
(Liguria) and Olbia (Sardinia) joins for the first time the regular airline=
=20
newtork. Olbia appears in the past only as seasonal routes. 23 are the=20
airports served in Italy.


ALITALIA has offered 7,1 million Euro to purchase the traffic slot rights,=
=20
routes, spare depot, technical maintenance tools  of the insolvent company=
=20
Gandalf. Outsiders like Meridiana has offered 3.6 million euros for=20
Gandalf, AirOne 3 million and Brit Air 2.6 million.
The new summer 2004 timetable is with a heading to the development and to=20
the new offer of long range flights with an increase of 34%. The new=20
timetable presented from the General manager  Glen Hauenstein, plans an=20
increase in the seat offer in the network of 15%, with  12 new planes  12=20
in the medium haul and the opening of 12 new destinations

ALPI EAGLES didn't launch the routes Venice-Tunisi and Naples-Tunisi=20

replaced by daily Naples-NICE and Venice-Nice starting April. 8th. 2004.=20
Venice-Ibiza seasonal starting June 12th. Venice-Olbia and Athens-Naples=20
are the seasonal routes already confirmed to be operated in the current=20
summer season.

BRITISH AIRWAYS confirms the opening of the new riute Bari-London LGW on=20
March 30th. 2004 with three flight a week on tu-th-sa with B737/400. With=20
effect May 1st. 2004 the new routes to Spouth Italy that reach the BA's=20
network are Ctania and Cagliari.

CONTINENTAL AIRLINES with effect June 4th. 2004 increase from 7 to 12 the=20
weekly rotation on Rome FCO-New York Newark. The new 5 times a week flight=
=20
non operated on mondays and fridays is granted from a 174 seater B767/200=20
25 in business and 149 in economy.

EUROFLY have optioned 2 A319's in corporate configuration where from 2005=20
intends to operate the routes Milan Mxp-New York. 48's seats is the=20
internal proposed lay-out charatized from business class great comfort=20
seats for businessmen  Plans reports also luxury chartered flights to the=20
must of the destination preferred from the upper level class of Italy,=20
Maldives.

FINNAIR introduces the MD11's various times a week starting summer=20
timetable on Rome-Helsinki.

LIVINGSTON ENERGY FLIGHT on March 24th. 2004 have began a weekly charter=20
flight from Milan Mxp to Nosy Be, Madagascar with technical refuelling stop=
=20
in Djibouti on northbound and southbound legs.

LUFTHANSA with effect March 28th. 2004 will drop the route Turin-Dusseldorf.

MERIDIANA will operate the following recently add islanders flights from=20
Lampedusa to Palermo, two times a day with MD82's, Palermo-Pantelleria, one=
=20
times a day, Lampedusa-Catania, 1 flight a day starting March 29th. 2004.

SN BRUSSELS opens a four times a week flight from Brussel to Naples=20
starting May 29th. 2003, on tu-th-sa-su with Avro's.

TURKISH AIRLINES in the next future is interested to add regular flights=20
from Istambul to a range of destinations in South Italy like Naples,=20
Catania or Palermio.

WINDJET operate its first international flieght with a weekly rotation Rome=
=20
FCO-Nice:

Rome Fiumicino - Nice 08.50 09.50 ----F-- IV 5762
Nice - Rome Fiumicino 14.45 15.45 -----S- IV 5763

Could be a positioning flight to operate the traditional friday and=20
saturday outgoing flights from France.

Its confirmed the Lampedusa seasonal rotations to Forli/Milan Lin/Rome FCO.
