Unfortunately most airlines aren't copying BA with fully flat (read
horizontal) beds, the rest seem to be introducing flat beds on an angle
just made for sliding off the end.

Have any of the US carriers introduced flat sleeper seats in business?

you
more likely to fall asleep in a La-Z-Boy or what amounts to a dorm room =
