The problem is not enough gates at F terminal and increased size of "other" regional partners serving ORD. See, with ACA still serving the markets, and some routes going to RJs with new partners, F gates are used to the limit. The same thin is going on with C gates in IAD. UAL's new partners, Transtates and Air Wisconsin are using the C gates, where ACA is still using their own T and A gates.
