To confirmat what AA says: Just a couple of days ago, I looked at the NTSB accident/incident reports for WN. 30+ years and they haven't killed a single passenger. Unfortunately, DL, UA, US, and other "legacy" airlines cannot say that. Morale is very high. I've never seen an unprossional act by any WN employee.
