It's the SouthWorst policy. When I called the res., and told them I was at the airport and wanted to pick up the tickets they told me that it has to be a paper. When I asked for e-ticket I was turned down.. So, there you have it David. It's your "Best" airline who forced me into the good old paper tickets, not me..
