I know at WN it is the station manager's call.  At LAX you have to show id,
but at LAS and BUR you do not.  SNA is an interesting place, in that they keep
a bit tighter there.  BUR's parking is kept pretty tight, because it is so
close to the terminal, which is illegally close to a runway.
