If you show AC both tickets when you check in at YUL, they will check = your bags all the way through to your final destination. If you take the LH option to IST, AC can also give you boarding pass for that flight as = well. If you chose the TK option, when you get to FRA, just go to the transit = desk and they will give you your boarding pass for your onward connection.
