Today at ORD I noticed that when Atlantic Coast parks their CRJs they leave the flaps in UP position. On the other hand Air Wisconsin parks their CRJs what looks like in the 20 degree position. Besides SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) what would be the reason for this? BAHA Fan of UAL Ch. 9
