And the follow-on question is, why did UA choose IAE's for its
Airbuses, when the vast majority of Airbuses use CFM56s, and UA already
had a zillion CFM56s on its second-generation 737s?   It can't be a
"Buy American" issue since both CFM and IAE are U.S. + non-U.S.
consortiums...
