Getting off topic but, Actually there is no Commonwealth `of the UK' and it is no longer called the `British' Commonwealth. Its just The Commonwealth and all members are supposed to be equal. Apart from its history, the UK/Britain/England/whatever-your-understanding is no longer the official `center' despite the organization's figurehead Queen (and her Germanic-Greek royal family) having been born there.
