Alireza,
United upgraded their fleet with Econ Plus , much earlier than their
international
fleet. As a matter of fact their 777s , which I love as an airplane, didn't
have
Econ Plus in 2001 when I took them twice across the Pond in 2001. I hear
they took
care of that last year.

I got to ride their domestic 777s on business class, thanks to the upgrades
due to
overbooking on the coach. My most frequent ones are 2:00 pm SEA-DEN flight
and
8:00 am ORD-SEA.

BAHA
Fan of 777

They offer econ plus domestically? Also, if you are at all quick, you will
never get a middle seat with WN. Besides, they are the only ones that do
that.
F7, B6 and AirTran all assign seats, and provide better service. Frontier
even still serves food
