Do328Jets have 2 engines under each wing, and are high winged. BAC/Bae 146s/Avro RJs are high wing and have 4 engines. The term regional jet refers to smaller jets (usually 30-90 PAX) that serve shorter regional routes that cannot (supposedly, WN services quite a few of these same routes) support mainline aircraft
