I know that. However, there are exceptions.  If the runways at LAX were rounded
off, all four runways should be numbered 07/25.  Because there's four runways
involved and only 3 letter suffixes available (L, C, R for left, center, and
right), LAX and other airports with 4 or more parallel runways round down and
round up instead of strictly rounding up.
