UAL used to run a B747 CLE ORD HNL rt back around 1974 or so. When I lived in Cleveland and worked for Swissair our regional managers office was Chicago and we flew standby and this machine was our only way home at night (from a lot of stupid meetings) --always empty on the Chicago Cleveland leg around midnight as I recall. Turned around and went out full early the next am with business traffic to ORD and vacationers to Hawaii,. Dennis
