You are absolutely right.  They are not bypassing hubs.  The only cases I can
think of are where they give small-mid sized cities more non-stops to non-hub
big cities.  I can think of the new Eagle Flight CRJ700 from LAX to Whatever
the code for Northwest Arkansas is
