What about Air Wisconsin?

They fly a good portion of the ORD UAX routes and also the IAD-ATL
route.

(Anyone remember UFS and their ATPs? I found a picture of one, in old
UA colours in 1999 flying by-myself from South Bend to O'Hare!)
