I've found it to be a fairly balanced magazine myself.  Of the 3 magazines I
subscribe to (Airliner World, Airliner, and Airways), Airliner is the only
one geared specifically to the airline enthusiast.  I think its coverage is
fairly balanced between the USA and the rest of the world.

The slogan is explained in the latest issue.  It's the "world's airline
magazine" because it has readers all over the world and the content reflects
that.

Airways, while a good magazine, is geared more towards those in the industry
professionally.

Airliner World is also produced with the airline enthusiast in mind.
