It probably was a bonehead idea, but probably seemed go at the time. A lot
like when Braniff went nuts and outta nowhere..started flying to SEL, Hong
Kong and Guam!..But an HP 747...you have to admit, at the time was cool to
see! It was like the guy who did the artistic rendition of an Alaska
Airlines 747-200. We know it'll never happen..but if such an oddity did
occur....photographers from all over would show up in SEA or LAX to see
it....cuz they know it wouldn't last long!
