Each and everyone of the non RA registered aircraft of Aeroflot are leased. The are registered in Bermuda (VP-B)due to taxes. They are leased from ILFC, GE, and other companies. It's not unusual for an airline to have an aircraft registered in a country other than it's own. The USA just a few years ago allowed foreign registered aircraft to be operated by USA airlines. In fact, the reversed color TWA aircraft was registered in Ireland.
