Dilbert management philosophy is in full effect.

Tobago Express is so poorly named. Even after shifting away from their
hourly schedule (for a 22 minute flight), to about a flight every 100
minutes, and with a monopoly, no weather/ATC/traffic delays even
possible... and with an extra aircraft, they still can't hold a
schedule.

But-Will-It-Arrive probably will be soon called "But-Will-It-Takeoff"
