Discount carrier Jetsgo expands fleet, adds cities MONTREAL (Reuters) =97 Canadian discount carrier Jetsgo said Thursday it= will=20 expand its fleet to 12 planes and add domestic and U.S. flights as the=20 privately held airline marks its first year in operation. Montreal-based=20 Jetsgo, trying to make inroads into the no-frills market against WestJet=20 Airlines Ltd. and the much bigger Air Canada, said four new Boeing MD-83s=20 will be delivered over the next five months Increased flights to nine=20 Canadian cities and new services to Las Vegas, Orlando, St. Petersburg and= =20 Fort Myers, Florida, will be added, the company said in a=20 statement. Meanwhile Jetsgo said May yielded a load factor of 76.3%=20 compared with 72.6% in April, though the May figure includes almost 3,000=20 free return trips to Toronto "which Jetsgo gave away to support the city=20 during the SARS outbreak."
