Official says Denver airport manager unqualified DENVER (AP) =97 A civil service official says the deputy manager of Denver= =20 International Airport is underqualified and should be removed from her job,= =20 but her lawyer disputes the charge and calls it harassment. In a written response to=20 Rozansky's letter, Bourgeron's lawyer, Marc Mishkin, said the Career=20 Service Authority Board has no right to call for her removal.
