SNA has a short runway, weak runway, so it has weight restrictions. BUR's terminal is too small for much more growth and is too close to the landing runway (trust me, when WN's thrust reversers come off, they turn to their gate, it is hilarious). Of course, Lockheed gave them land for a new terminal, but the NIMBY people are stopping it. And this is at LA's FIRST commercial airport. LGB is a great location, lots of land and lots of runway, but they have ludicrious slot caps that should go away. LAX does need to be expanded, however, as it is in a perfect location and has a good history. It should, however, be under Master Plan 1 version B (6k runway in the South, West Gates added) and not under the Hahn Plan (raze half the place).
