US AIRWAYS AND CARIBBEAN SUN AIRLINES TO CODE SHARE ARLINGTON, Va., June 2, 2003 -- US Airways announced today that it has=20 entered into a marketing agreement with Caribbean Sun Airlines, with the=20 first code share flights to begin on June 15, 2003, offering daily=20 connecting service between San Juan, Puerto Rico and the destinations of=20 Antigua, St. Maarten, St. Kitts and Tortola. These code share flights are=20 now available for purchase. The agreement provides travelers with the=20 convenience of a single ticket between the U.S. and Caribbean Sun=92s island= =20 destinations, with conveniently coordinated flight schedules, through=20 check-in, including a boarding pass for the connecting code share flight,=20 and baggage checked through to the final destination. The agreement=20 includes network expansion and affiliation through US Airways=92 Dividend=20 Miles frequent flyer program. Beginning June 15, 2003, Dividend Miles=20 members will be able to earn miles on all flights operated by Caribbean=20 Sun. Dividend Miles members will be able to redeem miles on flights=20 operated by Caribbean Sun at a later date to be announced. Caribbean Sun operates 37-seat deHavilland Dash 8-100 aircraft. Its flights= =20 will link to US Airways service at San Juan to Boston, Charlotte, N.C.,=20 Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. In San Juan, Caribbean Sun operates from the=20 same concourse as US Airways, and utilizes the same ticket counter.
