They have over a 90% ontime record.  It is unfortunate that you experienced
one.  From what I have heard, as I have not flown with them yet, they are very
nice people who go the extra mile for the passenger.
    BTW, I think Frontier allows you to keep all the money from the
restricted tix and  just pay the fare difference
