No. Currently, you need to take a bus from OAK to the nearest BART station (10 to 20 minutes; for some stupid reason BART stops at the Coliseum, 2 miles from the airport). Then, you take BART to SF. This is about 20-30 minutes, depending on where you are going. Still, it beats going from SFO to downtown SF.
