Be careful -- you'll find that the price of the "exact" stay trip (I've seen 7, 10, and 3 day "exact" stay fares) is not substantially lower than the more "traditional" 7-to-21 min/max stay fares. There are no rules any longer. Re-usability of *some* nonrefundable fares still holds true, for others the restrictions have changed markedly in the last 9 months.
