What percentage of passengers interline like that today? In theory, Southwest would be the likeliest airline for someone to fly domestically with the intent connect with an international carrier, but since they don't fly to most of the major international gateway airports it's already a bit unwieldy. I suspect someone flying internationally flies a network carrier from their hometown. In terms of trying to figure out how much of a market there is for a service like this, just look at how many people use Priceline and Hotwire.
