Can anyone tell me why the hell there is no non-stop LAX-Italy service? Alitalia discontinued their MD-11 LAX-MXP service last year, and since, we have had no other service. Considering that LA is considered the second largest US market (it is really the largest, when you consider the cachement area) and the number one O&D airport in the world, you would think that it would have such a service.
