Not exactly...they invested a lot of their money in US Air; have control of
the board; but don't own US Airways.  A chapter 11 filing gives any company
the opportunity to address all expenses that affect the success of their
reorganization.  A lot went overboard...salaries, leases, employees, and yes
the pension plan.  It's not the first time, and certainly won't be the last!
